Your Fearless Planner

Hello!

Hey! I’m Carol — and this is PlanITary Alignment

If you’ve ever wanted to get out and do something fun but got stuck in the “Where do we go? What do we bring? Is it worth it?” spiral… you’re my people.

I explore. I plan. I test things out. And then I share what actually helps.

PlanITary Alignment is where adventure meets real‑world logistics — built for anyone who wants to enjoy life without the chaos.

What We Do Here

We go places.

We try things.

We figure out what works.

Then we share it.

You’ll find:

  • NYC adventures (because that’s home base)

  • Texas trips (we’re there a lot)

  • Pennsylvania favorites (Hershey, Philly, Poconos — all of it)

  • Road trips, random finds, and “why didn’t anyone tell me this” tips

  • Packing lists, planning hacks, and honest reviews

If it makes life easier or more fun, it belongs here.

Why I Started This Blog

I’ve always been the person who researches everything — the timing, the weather, the routes, the “is this worth it,” and the “what should we bring.” So I built a space where I can share the adventures and the planning behind them

PlanITary Alignment brings together the two things I love most: exploring new places and making the experience smoother for everyone involved.

I’ve spent years building planning skills through work, travel, and everyday life — and now I’m turning that into something useful for anyone who wants to explore confidently, whether you’re solo, with friends, with kids, or rolling with your own crew.

Who’s Along for the Ride

My daughter Abby is often part of the adventure, but this blog isn’t just for parents. It’s for:

  • Locals

  • Travelers

  • Planners

  • Spontaneous explorers

  • Anyone who wants to try something new

You’ll see our experiences, but the content is designed for everyone — inclusive, practical, and accessible.

Let’s Explore Together

If you’re ready for new experiences, smoother days out, and honest guides that actually help, you’re in the right place.

Grab your bag, bring your curiosity, and come along — there’s always something worth discovering.
